Inauguration
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri Basavaraj Bommai and Hon’ble Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines, Govt of India Shri Pralhad Joshi and other Dignitaries officiated the inauguration ceremony of the company. This marked the beginning of the company's journey.
January 01, 2023
Commencement Of Operation
| On January 1, 2023, the company celebrated a significant milestone as it commenced its first crushing operation. This marked the start of its production activities, symbolizing the beginning of its core operations in the industry it serves. |

Capacity Expansion
| The company decided to undertake a substantial expansion project to enhance its capabilities. The milling capacity was doubled from 3500 TCD (tonnes crushed per day) to 7000 TCD. The co-generation capacity increased from 14 MW to 16 MW, reinforcing its energy production capabilities. Additionally, an ethanol production plant with an additional capacity of 200 KLPD (kilo liters per day) was incorporated, positioning the company for increased efficiency and growth in its sector. |

Waste To Energy
| The company is recently implementing sustainable initiatives, including the adoption of an 11 TPD CBG plant for converting waste into energy and a Biofertilizer plant capable of processing 35 TPD. These advancements underscore the company's commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation in resource utilization. |
